Title:  Influence of nutrition quality on a health state of the population

Type Details:  Within the scopes of the project the study of biological value a different foodstuffs, including made on new technologies, with the purpose of determination of their influence on the health of the population is planned. One of directions of researches will be development of the schemes of a balanced diet of different contingents of the healthful and unhealthy people in conditions of rising technologisation of process of foodstuffs production for maintenance of the population by the balanced composition of nutrients.

Research interest:  Nutrition and health.Within several years at the Rostov state medical university are carried out the researches directed on revealing of correlation between food quality and health state of the population. Now together with the North-Caucasian scientific higher school centre is developed the innovative project of creation in Southern Federal region of a number of facilities for deriving dietary products. As a result of this technological project the creation of the rehabilitational centre for environmental sanitation of the population is supposed. (diet therapy, full value diet, rational diet, balanced diet, quality of life, feed as the factor of maintaining of the health)
